The dream of opening his own bakery had been brewing in John's mind for years. With the end of the pandemic in sight, John and his wife were inspired to finally take the leap and bring their vision to life in 2024. They chose to establish their bakery in South St. Paul, where there was a noticeable absence of such establishments in the area. Encouraged by the positive feedback from friends and loyal customers, John and his wife knew it was time to share their delectable creations with the world.
While John focuses on creating exquisite pies and cheesecakes, his wife lends her expertise to the cakes and pastries, forming a dynamic duo that drives the success of Forever Cheesecakes and Pies. Together, their shared passion for baking shines through in every slice and bite, creating a bond that is as sweet as the desserts they create.
John's journey began at Madison College in Wisconsin, where he graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts in 2011. With over 30 years of experience working in various bakeries, John honed his skills and developed a deep love for the art of baking. His true passion lies in creating New York style cheesecakes, and he is known for his talent in crafting unique and visually stunning desserts.

Owner John Miller lives by the mantra, "If it's not worth eating, it's not worth giving to somebody," a lesson instilled in him by his college chef.
